Jim had been a patient in the practice for several years. His dental history had included orthodontic treatment as a teenager, and his premolars were extracted to take care of crowding. As a result of this treatment, as an adult, he presented with extensive wear and a bad bite with diminished chewing capacity. He wanted to rehabilitate his bite and develop healthy function of his teeth. To accomplish this goal, Jim had twelve veneers and two crowns placed. Jim now has a very stable and healthy bite.
