Larry is a physician from Eastern Kentucky who, because of his busy schedule, had neglected his own oral health. He had moderate to severe periodontal disease which caused Larry to loose his four front teeth. He had implants placed at the time the teeth were removed and was placed in temporaries while the implants healed. After his periodontal disease was treated, Larry received four implant crowns, four all porcelain veneers, and sixteen all porcelain crowns to give him a healthy and beautiful smile.
